Residents can pay rent online, set up recurring payments, submit maintenance requests with photos, and access shared leases, notices, and documents from their phone.

Each maintenance ticket is linked to the vendor or person responsible for servicing it. Requests, communication, photos, and status updates stay connected from submission through completion, with live updates as the work progresses.
